Update vehicle, address, mileage, drivers — what each change costs and how long it takes.

How do I make a policy adjustment?
Open the policy then Manage policy. Pick what's changing — most quotes come back straight away.

What does a policy change cost?
A flat ${_STD_FEE} admin fee on most mid-term adjustments.

Change of vehicle
Enter the new registration and we look up the DVLA data automatically.

Change of address
Open Manage policy then Update address. The new postcode can move the price up or down.

Update annual mileage
Re-quote with the revised annual mileage from Manage policy.

Add or remove a driver
Open Manage policy and use Add Driver, Update Existing Driver or Remove Driver.

How many drivers can I add to a policy?
Your policy schedule shows the limit. Specialist fleet policies handle larger driver counts.

Declaring a new motoring conviction
Declare new convictions as soon as they're issued — not at renewal.

Change of vehicle use (class of use)
Move between Social Only, Social and Commuting, and Business use.

Can I shorten my policy term mid-way?
You can cancel early but not pause. A new shorter policy starts from your new dates.
