What does a policy change cost?
A flat ${_STD_FEE} admin fee on most mid-term adjustments.
Making changes to your insurance during the policy term — also called a mid-term adjustment — is simple through My Portal.
💰How much will it cost?
For changes made online via My Portal, there is a £45 admin fee. Your premium may go up, down, or stay the same, depending on how the change affects the insurer's risk evaluation.
⬆️Additional premium
If the change places your policy in a higher risk category, your premium will increase and the difference must be paid to maintain cover.
⬇️Return premium
If the risk is reduced, you may receive a refund or see your monthly instalments lowered.
➖Unchanged premium
In many cases, your premium won't change — only the £45 admin fee applies.
