Declaring vehicle modifications

All modifications must be declared, including manufacturer-fitted accessories.

Made changes to your vehicle? You can add a new modification quickly and securely through My Portal. Keeping your vehicle details up to date is a legal requirement to keep your policy valid.

📱How to update

  1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
  2. Choose your policy From the Policy tab.
  3. Tap Manage Policy at the bottom Then select Add Vehicle Modification.
  4. Enter the new modification details You'll usually receive an instant quote. If not, a phone number will appear so you can speak to our team.

💷What will it cost?

  • Admin fee: £45
  • Premium: may increase, decrease or stay the same, depending on the modification

Any change in cost is shown before you confirm. If your premium goes down, you'll receive a refund or lower monthly payments.
