Add or remove a driver

Open Manage policy and use Add Driver, Update Existing Driver or Remove Driver.


Need to update who's covered? You can do this quickly and securely through My Portal. Keeping driver information up to date is a legal requirement to keep your policy valid.

📱How to update

  1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
  2. Choose your policy From the Policy tab.
  3. Tap Manage Policy at the bottom Then select Add/Remove Drivers.
  4. Enter the updated driver details You'll usually receive an instant quote. If not, a phone number will appear so you can speak to our team.

💷What will it cost?

  • Admin fee: £45
  • Premium: may increase, decrease or stay the same, depending on the new driver details

Any change in cost is shown before you confirm. If your premium goes down, you'll receive a refund or lower monthly payments.
