Move between Social Only, Social and Commuting, and Business use.


Using your vehicle differently? You can update your usage quickly and securely through My Portal. Keeping your usage details up to date is a legal requirement to keep your policy valid.

📱How to update

  1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
  2. Choose your policy From the Policy tab.
  3. Tap Manage Policy at the bottom Then select Update Usage.
  4. Enter the new usage details You'll usually receive an instant quote. If not, a phone number will appear so you can speak to our team.

💷What will it cost?

  • Admin fee: £40
  • Premium: may increase, decrease or stay the same, depending on your new usage details

Any change in cost is shown before you confirm. If your premium goes down, you'll receive a refund or lower monthly payments.
