How do I make a policy adjustment?

Open the policy then Manage policy. Pick what's changing — most quotes come back straight away.


You can update your details anytime — just follow the steps below.

📱How to make a change

  1. Select your policy Open the My Portal app and go to the Policy tab. Select the policy you'd like to update.
  2. Tap Manage Policy Scroll down and tap the Manage Policy button.
  3. Choose what to adjust Pick what you'd like to change — address, vehicle, driver, and so on.
  4. Complete the form Fill in the required details and check everything is correct.
  5. Review the quote and pay We'll show any price changes before you confirm.

💷What will it cost?

The £45 admin fee only applies to physical changes to your policy — for example, address, vehicle or driver. If your premium goes down, we'll refund the difference or adjust your instalments accordingly.
