Change of address
Open Manage policy then Update address. The new postcode can move the price up or down.
Keeping your address up to date isn't just helpful — it's a legal requirement to keep your policy valid. Updating it is quick and easy through My Portal.
📱How to update
- Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
- Choose your policy From the Policy tab.
- Tap Manage Policy at the bottom Then select Update Address.
- Fill in your new details You'll normally see an updated quote right away. If we can't give you a price instantly, we'll show a number to call.
💷What will it cost?
- Admin fee: £45
- Premium: may go up, down or stay the same depending on your new address
We'll clearly show any change in cost before you confirm — and if your premium drops, you'll get a refund or lower monthly payments.
