Change of address

Open Manage policy then Update address. The new postcode can move the price up or down.


Keeping your address up to date isn't just helpful — it's a legal requirement to keep your policy valid. Updating it is quick and easy through My Portal.

📱How to update

  1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
  2. Choose your policy From the Policy tab.
  3. Tap Manage Policy at the bottom Then select Update Address.
  4. Fill in your new details You'll normally see an updated quote right away. If we can't give you a price instantly, we'll show a number to call.

💷What will it cost?

  • Admin fee: £45
  • Premium: may go up, down or stay the same depending on your new address

We'll clearly show any change in cost before you confirm — and if your premium drops, you'll get a refund or lower monthly payments.
