If you've recently changed your car, it's important to update your policy — this is a legal requirement to keep your cover valid. Updating it is quick and easy through My Portal.

📱How to update

  1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
  2. Select your policy From the Policy tab.
  3. Tap Manage Policy Scroll down and tap the Manage Policy button.
  4. Choose Change of Vehicle Enter your new vehicle details.

You'll usually receive an instant quote and be able to pay in My Portal. If we can't price it instantly, a phone number will appear so you can speak to our team.

💷What will it cost?

  • Admin fee: £45
  • Premium: may increase, decrease or stay the same depending on your new vehicle

We'll show any price changes before you confirm. If your premium goes down, we'll refund the difference or adjust your instalments accordingly.
