I missed a payment — what now?
Open the Wallet and tap Pay now. It's one tap with Apple Pay.

Either Close Brothers Premium Finance or PremFina, depending on the policy.

Updating bank details for Direct Debit
Bank changes go through your finance provider — they handle this directly.

Change the date my Direct Debit is taken
Call your finance provider — we can't change the Direct Debit date in-app.

Open the Wallet tab and switch between Upcoming and Historic.

What's a failed Direct Debit?
Your bank declined the payment. Pay it manually from the Wallet, or top up the account and wait for the retry.

Where are my card details stored?
In Apple Pay on your device, or in our payment provider's secure vault. Never in My Portal directly.

Can I pay with PayPal, Klarna or crypto?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and standard UK debit or credit cards only.
