Updating bank details for Direct Debit

Bank changes go through your finance provider — they handle this directly.


If you're currently making monthly payments for your insurance policy through our finance partner, bank details can no longer be updated via My Portal. You need to contact your finance provider directly.

🏦Who to call

If you purchased your policy before 17 November 2025, your premium finance is with Close Brothers Premium Finance — call 0333 321 8566.

If you purchased your policy on or after 17 November 2025, your premium finance is with PremFina — call 0330 165 9367. Their team will assist you with updating your payment information securely.
