Change the date my Direct Debit is taken

Call your finance provider — we can't change the Direct Debit date in-app.


You can view your payment date in the My Portal app, but it cannot be changed through the app or by us. To request a new Direct Debit date, please contact our finance partner directly.

If you purchased your policy before 17 November 2025, your premium finance is with Close Brothers Premium Finance — call 0333 321 8566.

If you purchased your policy on or after 17 November 2025, your premium finance is with PremFina — call 0330 165 9367. Their team will assist you with updating your payment date securely.
