Payment isn't going through
Quick fixes for a failing payment.
We know how frustrating it can be when a payment doesn't go through — but don't worry, there are a few simple things you can check.
📋Things to try first
- Are your card details correct? Double-check the card number, expiry date, and CVC code.
- Are you connected to the internet? Weak Wi-Fi or mobile data can block payment from going through.
- Is your bank blocking the payment? Some banks decline payment attempts for security reasons — you may need to approve it via your banking app or contact them directly.
