Red banner on my Wallet — what is it?

A red Wallet banner is the app's way of saying "act on this today". There are five kinds — they look the same on the surface but the fix is different.

🚨The kinds you'll see

• Missed or failed payment — a scheduled Direct Debit bounced. Tap the banner to settle.
• Arrears — more than one missed payment. Cover may be at risk — sort the same day.
• PremSure — a mid-term change left money owing. Tap to settle.
• RenSure — your renewal needs you to do something to continue.
• DocuSure — the insurer is asking for a document to validate cover.
