I missed a payment — what now?

Open the Wallet and tap Pay now. It's one tap with Apple Pay.

It happens — a Direct Debit bounces, a card expires. Fixing it is quick.

📱The fix

  1. Open the Wallet tab It's the second tab along the bottom of the app.
  2. Tap Pay now on the failed payment The failed row shows with a red status.
  3. Confirm with Apple Pay or your saved card One tap finishes it.
  4. Done Your Direct Debit resumes automatically from the next instalment.
