Who finances my instalment plan?
Your credit agreement or Direct Debit paperwork identifies your finance provider.
Check your credit agreement, payment schedule or Direct Debit correspondence. It names the organisation collecting the instalments and gives its contact details.
Some policies use a premium-finance provider, while others have a different payment arrangement. Do not assume every policy in My Portal uses the same company. If you cannot identify the provider, ask the broker named on your documents before sending a payment.
