Yes — if you're unable to pay your full balance right now, we're here to help. You may be able to set up an in-house payment plan with us.

Once a set monthly amount is agreed, we'll collect that amount from your card each month until the balance is cleared.

📱How to set up a payment plan

  1. Go to myportal.co.uk/your-reference-number For example, myportal.co.uk/v123456-1. Your reference number is on your policy documents.
  2. Review your outstanding balance You'll see a full breakdown.
  3. Follow the steps to set up a plan that suits you Make sure your card details are up to date to avoid any missed payments.
