Updating your email address
Profile → tap email → enter the new one. We'll send a verification link.

Updating your phone number
Profile → tap phone → enter the new number → tap Change.

Deleting your account
Profile → Settings → Delete account. Permanent.

Request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

I have policies under different emails — can I link them?
Yes — tap Speak to the team and we'll consolidate them onto one My Portal account.

Can two people share one account?
Not formally, but you can both be named drivers / insured persons under the same policies in one My Portal account.

What happens to my account if something happens to me?
Email privacy@myportal.co.uk with a death certificate; we work with the executor to release records.
