Updating your phone number
Profile → tap phone → enter the new number → tap Change.
Changed your number? You can update your phone details quickly and securely through My Portal. Keeping your contact information up to date is important to make sure you receive all updates about your policy.
📱How to update
- Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
- Choose your policy From the Policy tab.
- Tap Manage Policy at the bottom Then select Update Phone Number.
- Tap Change Enter your new phone number, then tap Update to confirm.
That's it — your phone number has been updated.
