Can two people share one account?

Not formally, but you can both be named drivers / insured persons under the same policies in one My Portal account.

My Portal accounts are 1:1 with a person. That said, real-world household setups (couples, family running things together) work well by:

  • Designating one person as the account holder
  • Adding the other as a named driver on motor policies and a policyholder on joint home / pet policies
  • Adding any individual policies the second person holds via + Add policy

Both can see everything they're listed on. Make sure the account email is one you both have access to in case sign-in is needed.
