Can two people share one account?
Being named on a policy does not automatically give someone access to the My Portal account.
Keep your My Portal sign-in link and account email private. Adding a person as a named driver or insured person does not automatically grant access to the account or all its documents.
If another person needs to manage your insurance, ask your broker and My Portal support how to record that authority. Share only documents you are entitled to share, and do not add someone else's policy without permission.
