I have policies under different emails — can I link them?

Yes — tap Speak to the team and we'll consolidate them onto one My Portal account.


It's common: a personal policy under one email, a work or partner-shared policy under another. To pull them under a single account:

  1. Sign in with your primary email
  2. Tap Profile → Speak to the team
  3. Ask to link another email. Tell the agent the secondary email + at least one policy number on it (we verify ownership before merging)
  4. Your policies appear together once the link is complete

Once linked, you sign in with the primary email only; the secondary becomes an alias.
