I have policies under different emails — can I link them?
Yes — tap Speak to the team and we'll consolidate them onto one My Portal account.
It's common: a personal policy under one email, a work or partner-shared policy under another. To pull them under a single account:
- Sign in with your primary email
- Tap Profile → Speak to the team
- Ask to link another email. Tell the agent the secondary email + at least one policy number on it (we verify ownership before merging)
- Your policies appear together once the link is complete
Once linked, you sign in with the primary email only; the secondary becomes an alias.
