Deleting your account

Profile → Settings → Delete account. Permanent.


Open Profile → Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete account; confirm twice.

What happens:

  • Your My Portal account, chat history, biometric setup, and on-device data are deleted
  • Active policies stay with your broker (we don't cancel insurance for you — call your broker if you want to do that)
  • Policy records held by your broker stay with them as required by their regulator
