Updating your email address
Profile → tap email → enter the new one. We'll send a verification link.
Need to update your contact details? You can change your email address quickly and securely through My Portal. Keeping your contact information up to date ensures you don't miss important updates about your policy.
📱How to update
- Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
- Choose your policy From the Policy tab.
- Tap Manage Policy at the bottom Then select Update Email Address.
- Tap Change Enter your new email, then tap Update to confirm.
That's it — your email address has been updated.
