Adding policies
What insurance policies can I add to My Portal?
Organise car, van, bike, home, pet and business cover, with an Others category for further policy types.
My Portal has separate options for Car, Van, Bike, Home, Pet, Liability and Others. Choose the category that matches the policy you want to keep in the app.
- Car, Van and Bike: vehicle policies.
- Home: insurance associated with your property.
- Pet: cover for your pet.
- Liability: business liability insurance.
- Others: policies that do not fit those categories.
You can add cover from another provider manually, or connect policies from a supported broker.
Keeping a policy record in My Portal does not itself change that insurance contract. Use your provider's process if you need to amend the cover.
