Yes — the app and all core features are free for customers. You don't pay us anything.
The My Portal app is free to download and use. There's no subscription fee for using the app.
The £45 admin fee on mid-term policy adjustments is the broker's standard fee for handling the change — it isn't something the app charges separately.
