Track day cover
Check specifically for track-day cover; ordinary road insurance may exclude it.
Do not assume ordinary motor insurance covers driving on a circuit or at a track day. Check the exclusions and get confirmation from your insurer before taking part.
If you need specialist track-day insurance, check what it covers, the excess, any vehicle-value limits and whether third-party liability or travel to the event is included. Event admission does not itself establish that you are insured.
