Can someone else download my documents?
Keep your account sign-in private and share only the documents a recipient needs.
Do not share your account's email sign-in link to give someone access to a document. If you are authorised to share it, send only the necessary document using a suitable private method and check the recipient details.
Insurance documents can contain personal information. Being a named driver or family member does not automatically establish permission to access another person's account. Ask support about any access or authority questions.
