Sharing documents with employer, lender or DVLA

Common cases where you'd share an insurance document:

• Your employer asking for proof of business-use cover
• A lender or finance company asking for the certificate before releasing a vehicle
• An MOT centre or repairer asking for cover details
• DVLA asking for proof when you register a personalised plate

Tap the document in My Portal to open the PDF viewer, then tap the share icon (top right). Pick the route — email, AirDrop, Files, print, or save to the Files app.
