Cancellations are phone-only for security. The number depends on where you are in the policy.

Cancelling inside the 14-day cooling-off period
Right to cancel applies in the first 14 days. Refund minus the ${_STD_FEE} broker fee.

Cancelling mid-term (after 14 days)
Refund is pro-rata for unused time, minus broker fee, used cover, and any retained discounts.
