Why is my upload not working?
Usually the file format or size. We accept JPG, PNG and PDF.
If you've been asked to upload documents and are experiencing issues with the standard upload link, you can access your document upload page directly using your reference number.
📱How to access your upload page
- Go to myportal.co.uk/your-reference-number For example, myportal.co.uk/v123456-1.
- You'll be redirected and signed in automatically Based on your reference number. From there you can securely upload your documents.
- Find your reference number It's on your policy documents and in the My Portal app under the Policy tab.
