🔧Troubleshooting common issues
- Duplicate messages? Still seeing alerts after validation? No worries — your policy is valid once confirmed by phone.
- Documents delayed? Policy documents usually appear within a few hours of your policy being validated.

Phone validation ensures compliance and accuracy. Online systems like My Portal can't yet handle this step. Our team will guide you personally and make sure everything is correct.
