Why am I being signed out?
A security event triggered a session reset. Sign in again — it's not a problem with your account.
My Portal proactively signs you out if it detects something unusual:
- Your sign-in token expired (rare, but normal — tokens are renewed in the background usually)
- Your password / email was changed on the broker side
- You signed in from a new device or location
- App version is too old to talk to the current backend (rare)
None of these are problems with your account. Sign in again with the magic-link or biometric and you're back in.
