App troubleshooting
Notifications aren't arriving
Check the system setting for My Portal then re-toggle in-app under Settings.
- Open your phone's Settings → My Portal → Notifications — make sure they're allowed
- In the app, open Profile → Settings → Enable Push Notification and re-toggle
- Force-quit and reopen the app so the toggle re-syncs with the OS
iOS Focus modes (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, Work) can also silence notifications — check those if everything else looks correct.
