My magic-link expired before I could tap it

Tap 'Resend confirmation email' on the sign-in screen for a fresh link.


Magic-links expire after a short window. If you miss it:

  1. Open My Portal again
  2. Tap Resend confirmation email on the sign-in screen
  3. Tap the new link promptly, on the same device

If you're using a corporate inbox that holds emails for spam-scanning, the link can arrive expired. Tell IT to allow-list noreply@myportal.co.uk.
