Talking to a human

Open Profile then tap New Message to start a conversation.

When Broll-e can't help, a real person can. Two taps to reach the team:

  1. Tap the profile icon in the top-left of the home tab
  2. Tap New Message at the bottom of the Profile screen

Existing conversations live in the Inbox tile on the same Profile screen.
