App troubleshooting
The app feels slow
Force-quit and reopen, then check for an App Store update. Old phones may need cache cleared.
Three things to try in order:
- Force-quit (swipe up + away) and reopen — clears in-memory cruft
- Check the App Store / Play Store for an update
- On older phones, sign out and sign back in to rebuild the on-device cache
