App crashes / freezes

Force-quit and reopen. If it keeps happening, check the App Store for an update.


  1. Swipe up and away to force-quit the app, then reopen
  2. Check the App Store / Play Store for an update
  3. Restart your phone
  4. If still happening: Speak to the team with your phone model + iOS / Android version
