Replacing a lost TradePoint card

Message our team from the Profile screen and we'll request a new card with TradePoint.


Here's how to get a new one.

🏬Visit any TradePoint store

Bring ID and a form of evidence that you are a member of an eligible trade. Alternatively, call the TradePoint Order Line on 0333 004 9999 and press Option 2.

Our team will request a new card for you. Please have these details ready:

  • Your card or membership number
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Postcode

We'll contact TradePoint and get a replacement card sent out to you as soon as possible.
