My TradePoint card hasn't arrived
Use the digital card in the app while you wait for the physical card to arrive.
Once you've opted in, TradePoint and B&Q usually receive your details within 24 hours.
📅What to expect
- Physical card: should arrive within 3 to 4 weeks
- Digital card: ready in 72 hours in the My Portal app
You'll also get your membership number by email when it's ready.
