Personal accident cover

Lump-sum payment for serious injury in an accident with your insured vehicle.

Personal Accident Cover provides compensation (up to £20,000) in the event of injury, disability or death resulting from an accident involving you, your spouse, or named drivers on the policy.

🛡️Am I covered?

Personal Accident Cover is an add-on. To check if you already have it, open My Portal and tap the Add-ons tab.

📱How to add it

  1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
  2. Select your policy From the Policy tab.
  3. Tap Add-ons And choose Personal Accident Cover.
  4. Complete payment You'll be covered from then on.

🆘How to make a claim

  1. Report theft if applicable If theft or criminal damage is involved, report to police and get a crime reference number.
  2. Call the claims team within 31 days 0345 030 8115
  3. Provide details All necessary documents to begin the process.
