Licence defence (motoring legal)

Licence Defence is an optional insurance add-on that covers the legal fees of a specialist solicitor to help defend or challenge motoring convictions — such as speeding offences, disqualification risks or dangerous driving allegations.

Licence Defence is an add-on. To check if you already have it, open My Portal and tap the Add-ons tab.

📱How to add it

1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
2. Select your policy From the Policy tab.
3. Tap Add-ons And choose Licence Defence.
4. Complete payment You'll be covered from then on.

🆘How to make a claim

1. Call to claim 0330 024 1727 — within 180 days of the incident.
2. Quote "Licence Defence" So they route the call correctly.
3. Provide details Your claims handler will walk you through next steps.
