Gadget Cover is an add-on. To check if you already have it, open My Portal and tap the Add-ons tab.

📱How to add it

  1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
  2. Select your policy From the Policy tab.
  3. Tap Add-ons At the top of the card view.
  4. Choose Gadget Cover Then complete payment.

🆘How to make a claim

  1. If no theft is involved Skip to the claim form.
  2. If stolen Report to police within 48 hours and get a crime reference number.
  3. If a mobile Contact your provider to blacklist the device.
  4. Submit your claim online within 48 hours theoxfordclaimscompany.co.uk/make-a-claim
