Excess reimbursement

Pays you back the excess you've paid on a claim.

Excess Reimbursement allows you to claim back your excess after a successful claim on your main motor insurance. It applies to claims caused by:

  • Accidental damage
  • Fire
  • Theft
  • Vandalism

Excess Reimbursement is an optional add-on. To check if it's active, log in to My Portal and tap the Add-ons tab.

📱How to add it

  1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
  2. Select your policy From the Policy tab.
  3. Tap Add-ons And choose Excess Reimbursement Cover.
  4. Complete payment You'll be covered from then on.

🆘How to make a claim

  1. Pay your excess Make sure the excess on your motor claim has been paid.
  2. Call to claim 0344 856 2359 to start the process.
  3. Quote scheme code 20245 Provide this when asked.
