Courtesy vehicle cover

Courtesy Vehicle Cover provides you with a replacement car, van or bike for up to 21 days if your vehicle is:

• Stolen or damaged by fire
• Vandalised
• Involved in an accident (including when you're at fault)

The replacement will match your original vehicle's type, but won't exceed 1400cc (cars) or 3.5T (commercial vehicles).

Courtesy Vehicle Cover is an add-on. To check if you have it, open My Portal and tap the Add-ons tab.

📱How to add it

1. Log in to My Portal Open the app and sign in.
2. Select your policy From the Policy tab.
3. Tap Add-ons At the top of the card view.
4. Choose Courtesy Vehicle Cover Then complete payment.

🆘How to make a claim

If your vehicle is undriveable and you need a replacement, call within 14 days of the incident: 0344 856 2359. The hire team will arrange a suitable replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
