HOW DO I SET MOT, TAX & RENEWAL REMINDERS?
Setting MOT, tax and renewal reminders has never been easier!
To check the status of your MOT, tax or insurance policy, simply select your policy under ‘My Policies’. Once in your policy, please click on ‘MOT, Tax and More’.
Here, you will be able to view your MOT, tax and renewal information and set alerts. You will be displayed with an In-depth overview for each each section, including your expiration dates, usage, tax bands and more.
To set a reminder simply toggle the ‘Remind Me’ button to ‘on’ and then select when you’d like to receive the reminder(1, 7 or 21 days prior). You will receive a push notification and in-app alert on the date(s) set - please ensure you have push notification enabled for My Portal.
This service is completely complimentary for all app users and it can be used whether or not you are an existing client with us, all you need to do is download the app!
