WHAT SHALL I DO IF MY DETAILS ARE INCORRECT?
If you have noticed any details on your policy are incorrect and cannot be changed via one of the forms within My Portal, such as your name or date of birth, you would need to contact us directly.
To contact us, you can simply message us via the inbox tab within the My Portal app where we will be able to process the update for you. During working hours, we will aim to respond within a few minutes and you will also receive a push notification when we reply.
