HOW DO I REQUEST MY NO CLAIMS BONUS?
If you have held a previous policy with us and are now insured elsewhere, you may be requested to provide proof of your no claims bonus. You are able to request this within My Portal at anytime, even if your policy held with us has expired as you will still have access to limited features.
To request proof of your no claims bonus, tap on the relevant policy under the ‘My Policies’ section then navigate to and select ‘Manage Policy’ followed by ‘Submit/ Request Documents’. Finally select ‘Request NCB Proof’ to complete this request.
An agent will be in touch via email with the requested proof of no claims bonus.
