Our Tools in Transit policy provides tradesman with peace of mind that if something unfortunate happens to their tools, they are not left out of pocket and unable to work. This product covers tools that are being loaded, unloaded on and off the vehicle, temporarily housed and during transit. Furthermore, this product also covers tools overnight in transit as well as if they are left unattended for 48 hours.

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

To make a claim, please notify Direct Group Limited on 0203 794 9305 as soon as possible. You should also ensure that you have your own insurance details available.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL THIS ADD-ON?

You have the right to cancel this add-on within 14 days of the date of issue. We will refund to you any premium you have paid and will recover from you any payments we have made.

You may cancel this add-on after the 14 day cooling off period but no refund of premium is available.
