HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

To make a claim against your policy, contact our 24/7 claims department on 0333 200 1535. When calling please ensure that you have as many details available as possible, including (if applicable) the third party's name, address, vehicle registration number and insurance details. You should also ensure that you have your own insurance details available.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL THIS ADD-ON?

You have the right to cancel this add-on within 14 days of the date of issue. We will refund to you any premium you have paid and will recover from you any payments we have made.

You may cancel this add-on after the 14 day cooling off period but no refund of premium is available.
