HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

To make a claim, please notify Direct Group Limited on 0203 794 9309 as soon as possible. You should also ensure that you have your own insurance details available.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL THIS ADD-ON?

You have the right to cancel this add-on within 14 days of the date of issue. We will refund to you any premium you have paid and will recover from you any payments we have made.

You may cancel this add-on after the 14 day cooling off period but no refund of premium is available.
