HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

To register a new claim, please visit www.bastioninsurance.co.uk/makeaclaim. You will need your policy number at hand to register the claim.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL THIS ADD-ON?

You have the right to cancel this add-on within 14 days of the date of issue. We will refund to you any premium you have paid and will recover from you any payments we have made. You will receive a full refund of all premium paid provided that no claim has been paid by us and you do not intend to make a claim under this insurance.If a claim has been made by you we will not refund any premium

You may cancel this add-on after the 14 day cooling off period but no refund of premium is available.
